FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET BEFORE YOUR LOAN FUNDS WILL BE DISBURSED

If you are a first time borrower at UCLA, please make sure that you have completed the following in order to ensure that your loans are ready to be disbursed for fall.

• Complete a Debt Management Session with Student Loan Office (http://www.loans.ucla.edu/dms.html)
  
  
• Complete Your Master Promissory Notes for Stafford and/or Graduate PLUS Loans (http://www.fao.ucla.edu/publications.html)
  
  
• Complete your Master Promissory Notes for Perkins Loan. Please contact Student Loan Office at 310-825-9864 for instructions on how to access your Perkins MPN
