QUARTERLY UNIT REQUIREMENTS
The Financial Aid Office checks your units on the census date at the end of the third week of classes . Enrollment below half time on that date will result in reduction or cancellation of your aid and billing for funds received. Half time for an undergraduate student is 6 units; 4 units for graduate students. For students who are not enrolled in full time at census date, following changes will be made:
University Grant, CAL Grant A, Cal Grant B Fee-paying award, work-study, Federal Loan (Perkins, Stafford , PLUS, Grad PLUS) –
These awards will not change if you maintain at least half-time enrollment. Grants will be canceled, if enrolled below half time. Loans may have to be canceled, if enrolled below half time.
Pell Grant, Cal Grant B Stipend –
