WHEN WILL MY WINTER 2012 REFUND BE ISSUED?

Student Financial Services will be launching online enrollment for BruinDirect after business hours on Wednesday, December 14, 2011; paper sign up form is no longer used. For quickest access to your refund, please sign up for BruinDirect via BruinBill at www.ursa.ucla.edu.

Financial Aid will disburse to your BruinBill account on the evening of January 1, 2012 and will be viewable on your BruinBill account the following business day January 2, 2012.

Any funds remaining after the BruinBill balance has been paid will be refunded to you by Student Accounting. BruinDirect Refunds will be available in your account January 5-6 (depending on your banking institution). If you do not have BruinDirect, you should receive your refund check by January 13, 2012. Please contact Student Accounting at (310) 825-9194 to inquire about the status of your refund check.

Please note that holds and/or outstanding balances will affect your refund and that you must be enrolled at least half time (6 units for undergraduate students and 4 units for graduate students) in order for your aid to be released.
