UCLA Undergraduate Scholarship Application
For Continuing Students

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Financial Aid Office at UCLA offers a variety of need-based scholarships for
entering and continuing students. Freshmen should apply for these scholarships
by using the Undergraduate Admissions Application and all continuing UCLA students
should apply by using this form.
All need-based scholarships will be awarded to continuing students based
on the following criteria:
- A minimum 3.4 grade-point
average.
- Must establish financial
need by submitting a 2004-2005 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
The FAFSA filling deadline is March 2, 2005
- Several scholarships
require additional verification or documentation.
The Financial Aid Office will inform each student, in writing, if supplemental
documentation will be necessary.
- Awards are made based
on available funds.
Scholarships are awarded
for one year only and are not automatically renewable.
Students must resubmit a
scholarship application and a FAFSA application each year to be considered for
a need-based scholarship.
