agencies, please have all correspondences and checks mailed to the

The Student Accounting Office manages the Billing and Receivable (BAR) system that produces your monthly BAR bills, receives and processes scholarships from outside agencies (e.g. the Elks Club, Governor's Scholarship , Ebell), and processes company, governmental, and military sponsor payments.
